First and foremost, ecomaids gets your house clean! No detail goes missed and there are no harsh smells left behind. They are thorough and efficient. I formerly used two other cleaning services but eventually had to stop because items were missed and the cleanings were inconsistent. I wish I had found ecomaids years ago! Along with delivering a high-quality service at a reasonable price, Erin and the office team are friendly, efficient and always quick to respond. I had to switch several dates around when deep cleaning two houses to move in/out of and they worked with me quickly and professionally. Eco maids is a wonderful business to rely on if you’re a busy professional like me, after work I’m so tired and so is my wife it’s nice knowing my family can come home and be a family and not worry about cleaning on top of our busy lives. I find them invaluable. They work around my schedule and always show up on time for my cleanings I even had them add my office. They’re timely respectful trustworthy professionals and the young men and women working there are always friendly and helpful. I would and do recommend them to anyone!!! Ecomaids has two fabulous owners and a very friendly and enthusiastic staff. The owners have always been detail oriented, thorough and very reliable in their property management business and I am excited for them to start this new venture! The cleaning staff is Excellent! The attention to detail has made my home feel like a five star hotel. The windows have never been cleaner. I like that their cleaning products are chemical free and therefore pet safe. I highly recommend ecomaids to anyone looking for a housecleaning service. New client. I Contacted EcoMaids on a Friday and was scheduled for initial clean by Tuesday. During the introductory phone call, they asked very detailed questions and also looked up home on auditors site for square footage. The area supervisor called the day prior to intial clean to review/confirm home and cleaning details- very thorough. Initial Clean: Very impressed with quality, attention to detail and thorough walk through once the team finished clean. Water spots were even removed on refrigerator. The cleaning team displayed the upmost professionalism and excellent communication concerning specifics about the clean. I believe a lot of their success is due to their 64 point cleaning checklist that they complete once clean is finished. It ensures all items were not only completed by completed to clients satisfaction. EcoMaids will now clean our home weekly. I will complete follow-up review on weekly clean as this review is strictly on initial clean. ~ Danyel M

My husband and I hired Ecomaids to clean our new house for a move in cleaning we are renting in Batavia. We were really nervous because we never have done that before and didn’t know what to expect since this house had a lot of dirt and dust from sitting. The owner, Anthony, made the process super easy from giving us an estimate and communicating with us very effectively. Then, the maids who came to our house, Jayla and Ge’Niya, who are the cutest pair of sisters, were super sweet! They worked so hard on the house, deep cleaning our fridge wiping down our base boards, getting dust high up in cabinets and light fixtures… they were wonderful! Also, my husband was there the entire time— I stopped by briefly and when I opened the front door they both stopped what they were doing to introduce themselves. It was the sweetest and most professional thing ever! They cleaned our house very well and we were so pleased and would book them again. Definitely use ecomaids for your next cleaning!!! Ecomaids has been cleaning my home every other week since June 2021. They do a great job and I like that they bring their own equipment and eco-friendly products. I usually have the same team, so I've gotten to know some of the cleaners. They're friendly and clearly want me to be satisfied. FANTASTIC! Megan and Lema got right to work and I loved that everything had a sweet touch - folded over toilet paper and paper towel roll, clothes folded and put away nicely, beds made and stuffed animals lined up in kids beds, trash emptied! Great experiences several times- have had great cleanings but mostly the communication with Erin makes it so easy. She is super fast at responding and super accommodating with our busy schedule. We’ve used EcoMaids since February and they’ve done a wonderful service for us around our house. What normally takes us 5 hours between two people, they have down to a system to clean the entirety of the house in under 3! They are great at communicating with us when we need to adjust the schedule, they are always open to feedback and the employees are very courteous.
